Free Crochet Pattern Roundup -- Boot Cuffs

There's so much snow.  I have been in boots everyday for weeks. That's why I have decided to put together a free crochet pattern roundup of boot cuffs so we can dress up those shoes that some of us seem to be reaching for everyday. All of these patterns are completely free and available to you at no charge at the time of this post. Boot cuffs are a great project because they are small and do not take a lot of time to work up.  That makes them a great gift option as well if you would like to make something for someone last minute.

Free Crochet Pattern Roundup -- Crochet Bags

It is the perfect day to crochet.  It snowed here in Ohio last night.  My road is still covered. Where yesterday I could see little bits of grass peaking up through the snow, now I just see more white, there to replace a little bit of what melted over the last few days.  I cannot complain too much as winter has been fairly calm this year. To help keep everyone from getting cabin fever in this icky winter weather Ohio is experiencing, I have rounded up 5 free crochet bag patterns.  If you love to crochet purses and bags make sure to check out 20 Free Crochet Bag Patterns . If you would like your pattern free crochet pattern featured in a future crochet pattern roundup please make sure to contact me.  I love to see new patterns.

Crocheting Mrs. Murdock's Mittens

This is the first ever pattern I have tried that makes mittens.  I am completely smitten by these mittens.  I made them for my mother as a Christmas gift last year. Mr's Murdock's Mittens all finished up for my mother I know, I know... it's crazy, I am only writing about them now...but I am catching up and I know now is the time of year when everyone is going to look for crochet mitten patterns. Hello and Greetings Everyone I know I haven't been around a lot to post lately but with the holidays, well everyone knows how that goes... But I am back and I have a new crochet pattern to share, it's called the Pink Pineapple Doily. The original pattern appeared in 1951 in the publication Star Book No. 87, Doilies, Doilies, Doilies. For a printer friendly and editable version of this post, scroll down to the bottom and click the button that says "Print Friendly." I am absolutely in love with this doily. It looks like a very complex pattern but if your are just starting to make doilies and other crochet goods this is a great pattern to learn how to read other, more complex patterns. Decorating your home with crochet doilies can add a touch of vintage and handmade charm to any space. Start by considering the size and color of the doilies you would like to use. Crochet doilies come in a variety of sizes and colors, so you can choose to match your existing
